Free Wi-Fi Connecting Service

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Hankyu Umeda Main Store.

SSID “wifihhdept”
  • Free Wi-Fi service is available to all customers.
  • Registration of an e-mail address, etc. is required.
  • Up to three 60-minute connections are permitted per day.
  • To ensure universal connectivity, WEP and ther security measures are not enforced. Please keep this in mind when using the service.
  • Not available in all locations, with limited connectivity in some places depending on the time and situation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Connectivity may not be possible with some devices, operating systems, or browsers.Thank you for your understanding.
  • First-Time Users

    • Select “wifihhdept” from the list of available Wi-Fi networks on the device.

    • Select “1. Register”.

    • Review the Terms and the Security Notice, check the confirmation box, and then click “next”.

    • Enter your e-mail address, password, gender, and date of birth. Review the entered information, and then click “Register”.
      *Entering your gender is optional.

    • Click “Log in”. After the connection has been established, the department store’s homepage will be displayed.

  • Users Whose Registered ID Is an E-Mail Address

    • Select “wifihhdept” from the list of available Wi-Fi networks on the device.

    • Select “2. Log in with your Registered e-mail address”.

    • Enter your registered e-mail address and password, and click “Log in”.
      After the connection has been established, the department store’s homepage will be displayed.

  • Users Whose Registered ID Is Not an E-Mail Address

    • Select “wifihhdept” from the list of available Wi-Fi networks on the device.

    • Select “3. Log in with your User ID”.

    • Review the Terms and the Security Notice, check the confirmation box, and then click “Next”.

    • Enter your registered ID and password, and click “Log in”.
      After the connection has been established, the department store’s homepage will be displayed.
